Samaila is a cyber security awareness trainer and advocate with experience in ERP systems, OS hardening, and computer forensics.

He has about 5 years experience in IT, with 3 in different domains of cyber security. He has obtained a B.Sc in Information Systems – with a concentration in Information Security and Assurance, from the American University of Nigeria, and a GCHQ certified M.Sc in Cybersecurity and Management from the prestigious University of Warwick in UK.

Samaila is a Certified Internet of Things Practitioner (CIoTP), a member of the Internet Society.

He is currently heavily involved in planning and organizing programs that increase the cyber security awareness levels in Nigeria, and facilitating IT and cyber security themed trainings in both the public and private sector. He strongly believes in the power of collaboration and partnerships, especially between public, private and non-profit organizations.
